Is 500mg of Vitamin C too much? +
625% NRV sounds like a lot, but Vitamin C is water-soluble - excess is naturally eliminated by the body through urine. The upper safe limit set by EFSA is 2000mg per day for adults. 500mg is a commonly used dose in Vitamin C supplements and remains within safe limits. Note: excess vitamin C may have a laxative effect in sensitive individuals.
Can I take these gummies together with Zen Gummies Vitamin D3? +
We do not recommend combining them, as you would be cumulating Vitamin D doses (1600 IU + 4000 IU = 5600 IU), which exceeds the 4000 IU upper safe daily limit set by EFSA. Choose one or the other, not both simultaneously. If you want a higher Vitamin D dose, take the Zen Gummies D3 4000IU alone.
