1. Subscriptions
When you purchase a ROOTFUL subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries based on the duration and frequency you selected at checkout.

Secure Payment: Your payment details are stored securely. You will be charged for each delivery unless you choose a "pay in advance" option.

Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of their term to ensure your ritual is never interrupted. If you do not wish to renew, you can manage this in your settings.

Easy Management: Your order confirmation emails contain direct links to your account, allowing you to manage your subscription preferences, skip a delivery, or update your details easily.

2. Pre-orders
A pre-order allows you to secure an out-of-stock or upcoming product before it enters our immediate inventory.

Payment Process: We may collect a partial deposit or the full amount at checkout. Alternatively, we may store your payment method and charge the balance at a future date when the item is ready to ship.

Cancellation: You can cancel a pre-order as long as it has not yet been fulfilled (shipped).

3. Try Before You Buy

4. Subscription Commitment & Cancellation

Minimum Term: Your subscription cannot be canceled until the first three payments have been successfully processed. This ensures the sustainability of our sourcing and the consistency of your results.

Right of Withdrawal: In accordance with EU Consumer Rights, you retain the right to withdraw from this agreement within 14 days of your first delivery. However, if you continue the subscription beyond this initial 14-day window, the 3-month commitment becomes binding.
