Shipping Policy

At ROOTFUL, we take great pride in ensuring your products reach you safely and efficiently. Below you will find the details regarding our order processing, shipping rates, and delivery commitments.


1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped exclusively on business days (Monday through Friday), excluding major public holidays.

  • Processing Time: Standard orders typically take 1–2 business days to process before shipment.

  • Order Cut-Off: Orders placed after 12:00 PM (EET) will be processed on the following business day.

  • High-Volume Periods: During peak sale periods or holidays, processing may be delayed by an additional 1–2 business days. We will communicate any significant delays via a banner on our website.


2. Shipping Destinations & Rates

We ship to Romania and a wide range of international destinations, primarily within the European Union (EU).

  • Romania: Free Standard Shipping on all domestic orders over 200 RON.

  • European Union: Free Standard Shipping on all EU orders over 75 EUR.

  • Address Requirements: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. A physical street address is required for all orders to ensure successful delivery.


3. Shipment Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number.

  • Please note that the tracking number will become active within the carrier's system within 24 hours of receiving the confirmation email.


4. Duties, Taxes & Customs

  • EU Destinations: Shipping costs for most EU countries include local VAT (Value Added Tax) as required by EU law. You should not incur additional taxes upon delivery.

  • Non-EU Destinations: The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees. ROOTFUL is not responsible for these charges; the customer is responsible for all duties and taxes.


5. Damaged Shipments

ROOTFUL takes pride in carefully packaging all orders. However, if your order arrives damaged, please follow these steps:

  1. Save all packaging materials and the damaged goods.

  2. Contact us immediately at rsupport@rootfulnutrition.com.

  3. Provide your order number and clear photos of the damage.

  4. We will guide you through the process of filing a claim with the carrier and arranging a replacement shipment.


6. Lost or Delayed Packages

If you have not received your package within 14 days of the estimated delivery time, please:

  • Check your tracking status on the carrier's website.

  • Contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.

  • If the carrier is unable to resolve the issue, contact us at rootfulnutrition@gmail.com. We will initiate a formal investigation on your behalf.


7. Returns and Exchanges

Important Note: We reserve the right to restrict shipping to certain countries due to ingredient restrictions or specific customs regulations. If we are unable to ship to your location, we will notify you and issue a full refund immediately.
