In accordance with OUG 34/2014 (Romanian Consumer Protection Law)

Your legal right: Under Articles 9–10 of OUG 34/2014 (transposing EU Directive 2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving any reason within 14 calendar days of receiving the product. Fill in the form below and send it to support@rootfulnutrition.com.

How to submit: Fill in the fields above, then copy the information and send it by email to support@rootfulnutrition.com with the subject line “Return request — [your order number]”. Alternatively, you can print this page and send it by post to our address.

Important: The withdrawal period is 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the product. Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, in the original packaging, within 14 days of communicating your withdrawal decision. The cost of return shipping is borne by the consumer (Art. 14(1) OUG 34/2014).

  2. You will receive a confirmation from the Rootful team within 2 business days.
  3. Pack the product in its original packaging, in proper condition.
  4. Ship the package to: Jud. Ilfov, Sat Snagov, Comuna Snagov, Șoseaua Principală, Bl. D1, Etaj Parter, Romania.
  5. Your refund will be processed within 14 calendar days of receiving the returned product.
