Who can apply? +

Anyone who creates content and identifies with what we do: creators, nutritionists, trainers or customers who simply tell others about ROOTFUL. Fit with the brand matters more than follower count.

Do I need lots of followers? +

No. We are just as happy working with micro-creators as with big accounts. We look at how genuine your content is.

How and when do I get paid? +

You earn commission on every delivered order placed with your code or link. Payment is made monthly, once the orders have been delivered. You'll find the details in your collaborator dashboard.

What can I say about the products? +

You can talk about taste, ritual, ingredients and your experience with the products. We give you a short guide on what's fine and what isn't. In short: no “cures”, “treats” or “guaranteed weight loss”, so that we both comply with European rules.

Does it cost me anything? +

No. Signing up is free, and the welcome kit is on us.

How long does approval take? +

Usually a few working days. We read every application, so the answer comes from a person, not a robot.

It depends on the format. A pharmacy has different needs from a café, so we agree on it together after our first conversation.

Which products can I order? +

The whole range: the gummies and the capsules. We'll tell you what to start with, based on what your customers ask for.

Can I try the products first? +

Yes. After we talk, we send you samples so you and your team know exactly what you are recommending.

How does delivery work? +

We deliver by courier anywhere in Romania, with an invoice. You'll get the exact lead times together with the offer.

Do you also work with online shops or distributors? +

Yes. Tell us in the form how and where you sell, and we'll come back with a suitable proposal.
