    I hereby give notice of my withdrawal from the contract of sale for the products listed above, or request their return, under OUG 34/2014. I confirm that the information I have provided is correct.

    Your legal right: under Articles 9 and 10 of OUG 34/2014, you have a right of withdrawal from a distance contract, without giving any reason, within 14 calendar days of receiving the product.
    Sealed products: food supplements are sealed goods. Under Article 16(e) of OUG 34/2014, the right of withdrawal applies only to unopened products in their original packaging. If you received a damaged, wrong or expired product, choose the matching request type in the form: in those cases the seal does not matter and we cover all costs.

    Please do not send the parcel before you receive our confirmation by e-mail. We cannot accept parcels sent cash on delivery.

    Who pays the costs

    • Withdrawal within 14 days: you pay the cost of return shipping (Article 14(1) of OUG 34/2014). We refund the price of the products and the cost of the original standard delivery.
    • Damaged, wrong or expired product: ROOTFUL covers all costs in full, including return shipping.
