Source is always transparent. We go beyond the legal minimum and third-party test for botanical identity, purity, potency, microbiological content, residual solvents, heavy metals and pesticides.

Full transparency
We go to great lengths to make sure every ingredient comes from the right source, in the right dose, in the right form.
39 active ingredients · 11 formulas · 0 synthetic colours
Source is always transparent. We go beyond the legal minimum and third-party test for botanical identity, purity, potency, microbiological content, residual solvents, heavy metals and pesticides.
Dose is always printed on the label. We use clinically studied concentrations, measured against EU reference intakes, not traces added just so they can appear on a list.
Form is chosen so your body can actually use it. No unnecessary flow agents and no coatings that slow absorption down.

Thirty-nine ingredients.
Not one of them filler.
Every active in ROOTFUL formulas has a reason, a dose and a source. You will find them all here, written out in full, not hidden on the back of the jar.
01
Withania somnifera
600 mg extract · 5% withanolides · 10 to 15:1 · 700 mg in Full-gut
Ashwagandha is sold everywhere. The difference is not the plant, it is the extract. We chose KSM-66: an extract of pure root, made with water, with no alcohol and no harsh solvents, standardised to 5% withanolides. It is the most clinically studied ashwagandha extract in the world.
The 10 to 15:1 concentration ratio means each gummy contains the equivalent of 3 to 4.5 g of dried root. And the daily dose of 600 mg is exactly the dose used in clinical research, not a fraction of it chosen to look good on the label. We use the root, not the leaf.

02
Matricaria recutita
200 mg extract · 25:1
Chamomile is the tea your grandmother used to make you in the evening. We concentrated it 25 times: 200 mg of extract is the equivalent of roughly 5 g of dried flowers, about five cups of tea, in a single gummy.
We chose it because it is a gentle plant with a long history in evening rituals across Europe, and because it sits perfectly alongside lavender: floral, slightly bittersweet, not at all medicinal. We use the whole flower, not sorting leftovers.

03
Lavandula angustifolia
200 mg extract · 10:1
There are dozens of lavender species. We chose angustifolia, “true” lavender, the one grown for perfume and for extract, rich in linalool and linalyl acetate, the compounds that give it that scent of a field at sunset.
The 10:1 extract concentrates roughly 2 g of dried flowers into 200 mg. It is here because an evening ritual is not just chemistry, it is also sensory. Taste and scent make the shift from “still working” to “done for today” feel natural.

04
Pistacia vera
5 mg
Almost all the melatonin on the market is synthetic. Ours is extracted from pistachios. Pistacia vera is one of the richest natural sources of melatonin known in the plant world.
Melatonin contributes to the reduction of time taken to fall asleep; the beneficial effect is obtained by consuming at least 1 mg before bedtime. We chose 5 mg because we prefer an honest dose to a decorative one. It is not a sleeping pill, it is the signal your body produces anyway, at the right time.

Cholecalciferol
4000 IU (100 mcg) · 1600 IU in the immunity formula · 4000 IU in Full-immunity · 2000 IU in Vitamin D3 + K2 + A
Vitamin D3 is the form your skin makes in the sun and the form the body uses best. In Romania, between October and March, the sun is simply too low in the sky for the skin to make it. That is why we put it in two formulas, at two different doses.
Vitamin D contributes to the normal function of the immune system, to the maintenance of normal bones and teeth, to the maintenance of normal muscle function and to normal absorption and utilisation of calcium and phosphorus. 4000 IU for a consistent winter intake; 1600 IU in the immunity formula, where it works alongside vitamin C and zinc.

06
Citrus sinensis
2 mg
It is not a filler flavouring. It is essential oil from orange peel, rich in d-limonene, and it is the only thing that flavours the vitamin D3 gummies.
The alternative would have been a lab-made “natural orange flavouring”: cheaper, more stable, more boring. We chose 2 mg of real oil because taste decides whether you take a supplement every day or forget it in a drawer.

07
Ascorbic acid
500 mg · 625% NRV · 300 mg in Full-immunity
We used pure ascorbic acid, the most studied and best absorbed form of vitamin C, at a dose of 500 mg, more than six times the daily reference intake.
Vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system, to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, to normal collagen formation for the normal function of skin, bones and cartilage, and to the protection of cells from oxidative stress, and it increases iron absorption. The body does not store it, which is why daily intake matters, not occasional megadoses.

08
From zinc sulphate
22.74 mg · 227% NRV · 50 mg zinc sulphate in capsules
Zinc sulphate is a form with good bioavailability and a long track record in clinical studies. We preferred it to zinc oxide, which is cheaper to buy but less well absorbed by the body.
Zinc contributes to the normal function of the immune system, to the protection of cells from oxidative stress, to normal macronutrient metabolism and to the maintenance of normal hair, nails and skin. It is a mineral the modern diet delivers inconsistently.

Rosa canina
50 mg whole-fruit powder
Rosehips grow along roadsides all over Romania and are one of the richest natural sources of vitamin C in European flora.
We put them next to the ascorbic acid because a whole fruit brings more than a single molecule: rosehip powder keeps both the flavonoids and the carotenoids of the whole fruit. It is a gesture of respect for the whole ingredient and a tribute to the place we come from.

Acetum pomum
400 mg · unfiltered, with the “mother”
Apple cider vinegar is the morning ritual almost nobody keeps up for more than a week, because it tastes of vinegar. That was exactly the problem we set out to solve.
We use unfiltered apple cider vinegar with the “mother”, the culture of bacteria and enzymes that forms during fermentation and is removed from the clear vinegars on the shelf. 400 mg per serving, with acetic acid and apple polyphenols, in a form you will actually take every day.

11
Camellia sinensis
300 mg
Kombucha is fermented green tea. We chose it because it brings something to the formula that vinegar alone does not: the polyphenol profile of green tea, plus the organic acids formed during fermentation.
The 300 mg, together with the 400 mg of apple cider vinegar, make the ACV gummy a complete morning ritual that tastes of baked apples, not of a vinegar bottle. We ferment starting from the Camellia sinensis leaf, not from a flavour extract.

Marine collagen peptides, types I and III
800 mg
Native collagen is a triple-helix protein, one of the largest molecules in the body. We chose an enzymatic hydrolysate from wild fish skin, broken down into short peptides at the factory, not whole collagen ground into powder.
Types I and III are the two predominant forms in skin, hair and nails. The peptides are rich in glycine, proline and hydroxyproline, the amino acids characteristic of collagen. Contains FISH.

16
Sodium hyaluronate
100 mg
We chose hyaluronate made by fermentation, not of animal origin. It is the same molecule, but without the swings in purity of raw material extracted from tissue.
It is a polysaccharide that binds water: the molecule holds up to 1,000 times its own weight in water. The label states the exact amount, it is not hidden in a blend.

17
Bambusa vulgaris, stem
100 mg · standardised to 50% silicon
Bamboo is the most concentrated plant source of silicon on the market. We chose the extract standardised to 50%, so we know exactly how much silicon goes into the capsule, not just how much extract.
Silicon is a trace element found in the structure of keratin and connective tissue. It has no authorised health claim in the European Union, so for it we state only the source, the dose and the form.

Sulphur-containing essential amino acid
100 mg
Made by fermentation, in its free L-form. The body cannot make it on its own, so it has to come from food or from supplements.
It is one of the two sulphur-containing amino acids in the body. The sulphur atom is what forms the bonds in keratin, the protein that hair strands and nails are built from.

Tocopherol from vegetable oils
24 mg · 200% NRV
Vitamin E is fat-soluble, so it needs the fat in a meal to be absorbed. That is why the capsules are taken with a meal, not on an empty stomach.
Vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. It is the only authorised claim for it and the only one we make.

Retinyl acetate and retinyl palmitate
2.8 mg RE in Full-beauty · 800 µg RE in Vitamin D3 + K2 + A
We chose the active form, not just beta-carotene. Beta-carotene is a precursor the body converts as needed, and the conversion rate varies widely from person to person.
Vitamin A contributes to the maintenance of normal skin and mucous membranes, to the maintenance of normal vision, to the normal function of the immune system and to normal iron metabolism.

21
Vitamin B7, D-biotin
100 µg · 200% NRV
The D-form is the only biologically active one. Synthetic biotin is identical to natural biotin, it can simply be dosed precisely, which a plant extract does not allow.
Biotin contributes to the maintenance of normal hair and skin, to normal macronutrient metabolism and to the normal functioning of the nervous system.

22
Pyridoxine hydrochloride
1.6 mg · 114% NRV
Water-soluble, so it is not stored in the body. It only makes sense as a steady daily intake, not as an occasional gesture.
Vitamin B6 contributes to normal protein and glycogen metabolism, to normal cysteine synthesis and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Cysteine is the second sulphur-containing amino acid in keratin.

23
Cyanocobalamin
5 µg · 200% NRV
Cyanocobalamin is the most stable form in storage. In the diet it comes almost exclusively from animal sources, which is why it is often missing from vegetarian diets.
Vitamin B12 contributes to normal red blood cell formation, to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to the normal functioning of the nervous system.

Camellia sinensis
400 mg
L-theanine is the amino acid that gives the tea leaf its full, umami taste. It is found almost only there, in small amounts, always alongside caffeine. We use it on its own.
Free L-form, made by fermentation. A cup of tea provides a few milligrams and, with them, the caffeine from the leaf. Here there are 400 mg and zero caffeine.

Magnesium bisglycinate (chelated with glycine)
300 mg
Magnesium never travels alone: it reaches the capsule bound to something else. We turned down magnesium oxide, the cheapest form on the market and the least soluble in water.
Bisglycinate means one magnesium atom held between two molecules of glycine, the smallest amino acid in the body. The authorised claims for magnesium require a threshold of elemental magnesium, which is why here we state the form, not the effect.

Gamma-aminobutyric acid
200 mg
Made by fermentation, a powder in free form. The molecule is identical to the one the body produces naturally.
Four carbon atoms, an amino group at one end and an acid group at the other: one of the simplest signalling molecules in the body. It has no authorised claims in the European Union, so for it we state only the source, the dose and the form.

27
Melissa officinalis, leaf
200 mg dry extract
From the mint family, used in evening teas for centuries. We chose the dry extract from the leaf, not the whole plant, because the leaf is the part used traditionally.
There is no authorised European health claim for lemon balm. We include it for its history in evening rituals across Europe, and that is all we say about it.

28
Synthetic melatonin
2 mg
Identical to the one the body produces. In Full-calm we use synthetic melatonin, not pistachio extract, because at 2 mg the dose has to be exact in every capsule.
Melatonin contributes to the reduction of time taken to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is obtained by consuming at least 1 mg shortly before bedtime, and the dose in the formula is twice that threshold.

29
Live freeze-dried cultures
200 mg
Freeze-drying removes the water at low temperature, under vacuum, so the culture stays viable in the capsule without needing a fridge.
Probiotic bacteria have no authorised health claim in the European Union. Not even the word probiotic may be used as a claim. So we state the amount and the form.

Ananas comosus, stem
100 mg
It is extracted from the pineapple stem, not the fruit. The stem is the part with the highest enzyme concentration, and it is a harvest by-product anyway.
It is a complex of enzymes that break down proteins. It has no authorised European claims, so for it we state the source, the dose and the form.

Carica papaya, latex

Cichorium intybus, root
100 mg

Prebiotic means food for bacteria, not bacteria. It is the only ingredient in the formula that is not absorbed but passes straight on.

Piper nigrum, fruit
10 mg
The alkaloid that gives pepper its heat. The dose is small because with piperine, the amount matters far less than its presence.
It is the smallest active in the formula, 10 mg, and it appears on the label as clearly as the 700 mg of ashwagandha. No authorised claims, so no promises.

Colostrum bovinum
800 mg

Sophora japonica, buds
100 mg
A plant flavonoid extracted from Sophora japonica buds. It occurs naturally in onion skins, capers and apple peel, but in small amounts.

The yeast is grown on a selenium-rich medium, so the mineral ends up bound into the yeast protein rather than added as an inorganic salt.

39
Menaquinone-7, all-trans
100 µg · 133% NRV
Made by fermentation with Bacillus subtilis. We chose MK-7 because it has the longest half-life of the menaquinones, which means a steadier level between doses.
Vitamin K contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and to normal blood clotting. It sits in the same capsule as D3 because both are fat-soluble and are absorbed together, with fat.
